Notices of claimed infringement go to our designated agent, listed in full below.
You do not need a Weaux account to report something. If content on Weaux shows you, or harms you, and you cannot report it from inside the app, email weaux@weauxtheapp.com and we will act on it.
Tell us where the content is — a link, or the username and a description — and what the problem is. We will reply with a reference number and tell you what we decided.
If an intimate image or video of you has been published on Weaux without your consent, including one that was digitally created or altered to look like you, email the address above with the subject line NCII REMOVAL.
• We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, and make reasonable efforts to remove copies of the same image elsewhere on Weaux.
• You may request removal yourself, or someone authorised to act for you may do it.
• You will receive a reference number and be told the outcome.
Include a statement that you are the person shown, or are authorised to act for them, and that the image was published without your consent.

So we can act on it quickly, please include all six of the following:
• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on Weaux you are reporting, with enough detail for us to find it — a link, or a username and post, is ideal.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent.
